Resener Tooling

Quick Change / Drop-in Style I/O Tooling for I/O sizing Standard size (typically for 1 1/2" to 3" diameter tubing) - Industry standard — segmented (6 or 8) drop-in style (C, E, I/O). For barrels, arbors, dies, fingers (6 or 8 segments).
Heavy duty size (typically for 3" to 5" diameter tubing)
for simple expand / reduce (ER) ("E" style machine)
for ram forming ("C" style machine) 1 1/2" to 6", rams and clamping dies.
Resener style for I/O sizing
Custom For I/O Sizers: Arbors, Fingers (2 segment - for rectangular tube) For use in ram formers: adjustable ram tool
Accessories for Productivity Heavy duty -> standard I/O tooling adapter For use in Heavy duty I/O sizers, enabling use of standard size I/O tooling
RC --> AB Adapter For use in standard I/O sizes (with quick change drop in style tool nest), enabling use of Resener style tooling
