TC:901 Tube Trim and Cut Machine

- Applications include cutoff operation withing "bend-cut-size-assemble" workcell operation.

TC:901 Tube Trim and Cut Machine
The machine design of the TC:901 enables multiple configurations, applicable for large tube end forming (e.g., flaring) and certain punching/notching operations as well.
  • Employs efficient shear-cut process
  • Uses Vickers integrated motor & dual piston pump (rated to 3000 PSI) that is fully sound enclosed (resulting in less than 75 dB)
  • Integrates Allen Bradley SLC 500 series processor with Vickers directional valves for faster, more reliable response & improved accuracy
  • Accepts Universal cutting & trimming tooling
  • Adapter available to trim / cut 3" dia. tubing
