Air-Driven Resonator Assembly System

The Aristo RAS-001 – Resonator Assembly System Theory:

Into tubes up to 4” diameter, an internal resonator tube mounted to a flange is pushed to a specified depth.

Design features:

For resonator tubes ranging up to 18” in length.

• The system is comprised of one clamp cylinder holding the tube in the center, plus an 8” stroke (4” diameter) cylinder at one end and a 16” stroke cylinder (4” diameter) at the other end.
• Each of the cylinders uses shop air. The system includes work holders, safety center valves, and a Micrologix 1000 based control system.
• Safety cage fabricated from aluminum 80/20 components, with plexiglass covers and a sliding door capable of a 30” wide opening for loading / unloading parts. The system will include safety interlock and the addition of two-hand tie down palm buttons.
