Tube End Forming Definitions:

• Sizing -- forming the end of the tube to a specific roundness & concentricity specification
• Drop in style I/O segmented tooling -- six- or eight-segment dies (close on outside of the tube) and fingers (open on inside of the tube) in self contained barrel (housing) that can easily be dropped into the machine / removed from the machine for quick changeover to another tool set. Six or eight face arbor completes set.
• "C" style tooling -- drop in style segmented tooling, but with only a set of dies (reduce only) or fingers (expand only)
• "E" style tooling -- ram forming tooling, comprised of clamping dies (for holding the tube during the ram forming cycle) and ram tool.
